Born and raised in Hollywood California, I come from a family rooted in the entertainment industry. I graduated from California State University, Northridge with a B.A. degree in Radio-TV-Film. My career began in 1976, including 37 years on staff with CBS News in Los Angeles. I have been honored with numerous Emmy Awards, Golden Mike Awards, Associated Press Awards and more. I served 10 years on the Board of Directors of the Directors Guild of America and was honored with the DGA's Franklin Schaffner Lifetime Achievement Award. From early childhood, I have been fascinated with photography.  I have had many opportunities throughout my life and career to photograph many amazing people and locations.
